C.  Cultural transitions( What was the predominant culture in the past? What is it now?)

D.  Work Ethic ( people's attitude towards work in general, or specific trade or job; types of business that play a more important role in your neighborhood; More younger people join the work force, more women work instead of staying at home? what are some of the popular jobs among female or male population in your neighborhood? Are there more or fewer people live on public warfare compared to the past? More teenagers attend college? etc.)
